The OKR Program

With our accredited OKR Program, developed in collaboration with the international OKR Institute®, you take steps toward becoming a true OKR expert. What can you expect? Through the free OKR Foundations certification, you’ll learn the basics of OKRs. As a certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP®), you’ll master setting and strengthening OKRs, creating a rhythm, and aligning with teams and departments. Become an OKR Leader (C-OKRL®) to guide teams in executing OKRs and foster a supportive work environment. As an OKR Professional (C-OKRPro®), you will be the one training others in your organization on the OKR Program and advising on OKR implementation. 

We offer this program in two formats. The trainings focus on the theoretical aspects and exam preparation, while our workshops emphasize self-reflection and practical experience, featuring exercises that can be directly applied in your work context. Our workshops follow the TBR model (Training from the Back of the Room), where learning is based on making connections, understanding concepts, applying them concretely, and drawing conclusions interactively with the group.

All components are supported by e-learning modules, where you can review the content through video-supported modules. Exams are also administered in this environment. As an OKR Professional, you gain access to the OKR Institute e-learning platform, where expertise, experiences, and templates are shared and exchanged among professionals like yourself.
