By certifying as a C-OKRP®, you’ll gain an understanding of the underlying concepts of using OKRs, helping you define them more effectively. The OKR method integrates well with agile principles and frameworks. Even in more project-oriented organizations, OKRs contribute significantly to value creation, focus, and prioritization based on strategy and high-level goals. After passing your exam, you will be able to define, align, and communicate goals and strategies more clearly within your organization and teams.
This training is suitable for anyone familiar with OKRs who want to elevate their definition and application, seeks greater productivity in a setting where alignment and goal-oriented work are essential, and wants to improve planning, progress monitoring, and evaluation of results and behavior.
