RMS Multiservice is a family business in technical property management. They work primarily for business clients. Those relationships ran smoothly, so a strong online presence was never a priority. That changed when they decided to take the next step in professionalizing. They wanted a digital business card: a place to showcase projects, let clients report issues, and make it easy to request a quote. Clean, professional, and warm.

The challenge

The requirements were clear. RMS had no time for a lengthy process, the budget was limited, and after delivery, they wanted to manage the site themselves rather than rely on a developer for every small change. That shapes how you approach a project. Building from scratch was not an option. But dropping in a generic template and calling it done was not either. The result had to fit who RMS is: a professional company with its own identity. The challenge was not just technical. Design translated RMS's profile into two concrete directions. No open discussion about taste, just two clear options to choose from. RMS picked one. That direction was developed into a complete homepage.

Copywriting and building

With the homepage as the foundation, we built out the rest of the site. Template components as the base, copy that tells the RMS story. That kept the turnaround short without compromising the result.

Handover and ownership
