Inquerio AI connects to the systems your organization already uses. We currently support MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, SQL Server (with automatic schema detection), any REST API with an OpenAPI/Swagger specification, and document sources such as PDFs, Excel, and Word. We also integrate with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Google Sheets, Zendesk, Slack, Microsoft 365, Linear, and ServiceNow. Don't see your system listed? Yes, that's exactly what Inquerio AI is built for. Many organizations have a "split brain": old, non-integrated systems (often built as monoliths, with only a database underneath) on one side, and modern applications with APIs on the other. Inquerio AI adds a single layer on top. Your underlying systems stay exactly as they are.
Inquerio AI automatically scans your systems and maps schemas, endpoints, and data structures (auto-discovery). Based on that, the platform generates secure integration servers — no custom code required.
There's no hard limit. Inquerio AI is designed to query multiple systems — databases, APIs, and documents — side-by-side. For each question, the platform determines which sources are relevant.
Yes. That's exactly the point. Ask something like "which customers from the CRM have outstanding invoices in our accounting system?" and Inquerio AI combines data from both sources into a single answer.
Inquerio AI detects this and reports it in the answer. The remaining sources are queried as usual. You always get current data, or a clear notification when that's not possible.

With you. Inquerio AI does not move, copy or store your business data. Your data stays in your own systems. The application itself can be hosted in different ways — in the cloud or within your own environment. What works best depends on your situation and requirements. No. Inquerio AI is a bridge, not a new data source. Data is not moved, copied or remodeled. You ask a question, Inquerio AI determines which systems are needed and retrieves the answer live from the source. Your CRM, ERP, databases and custom applications stay where they are.
The AI layer runs through a central cloud solution or through a local model within your own environment. Which option depends on your compliance requirements and preferences. In all cases, your business data is never used to train AI models.
The architecture includes an AI Firewall between your systems and the AI model. It protects against prompt injection, among other things — attempts to retrieve data a user shouldn't have access to through cleverly formulated questions. Each user session is isolated: context from one session never leaks into another.
Strictly read-only. Inquerio AI retrieves and presents information. It never mutates anything in your CRM, ERP or other source systems.

Yes. Every interaction is recorded in a detailed view showing the complete conversation between the user, Inquerio AI and the AI model. You can see exactly what was asked, how the question was processed and what was returned.
The architecture is privacy-by-design. No data is stored or moved. Questions and answers are logged for audit purposes, but business data remains in the source. For specific compliance requirements, we tailor the setup during the implementation phase.
No. Access is separated by user, role and group. An employee only sees data from systems they have access to. This is centrally configurable by the admin.
Yes. For organizations that don't want data leaving their own infrastructure, we support local models that run fully on-premise.
Only authorized administrators within your organization. This.nl has no default access to production data or configuration unless explicitly granted for support.
Users ask questions in natural language. Inquerio AI supports English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic and Hindi. The answer is returned in the same language as the question.
Yes. Inquerio AI remembers the context of your conversation within a session. If you first ask about sales and then "and for this account?", the system understands what you're referring to. Context is built using vector-based similarity matching and stays within that session.
Yes. The platform builds context around how systems, data and terminology within your organization relate to each other. Additional documentation can be added to enrich that context. The more it's used, the better it aligns with how your team asks questions.
Yes. Results can be exported as PDF, Excel or via the API. You can also have answers automatically forwarded to email, Slack or webhooks through the built-in output channels.
Inquerio AI always shows the source and the underlying query. You can ask follow-up questions, rephrase your question or provide feedback. The platform learns from usage and becomes more accurate as it better understands your data.
Yes. With triggers and schedules, you can have questions run periodically and results delivered automatically — for example, a daily overview of open orders sent to your email.

Yes. Dashboards are embedded on any external website, intranet or client portal via an iframe or a lightweight JavaScript widget. The displayed data is fully decoupled from your internal systems — only the results are shown.
You create "data lines": questions in natural language that run on a fixed schedule (for example, every 15 minutes). The results are stored as snapshots and displayed in the chart. No need to write queries — just formulate the question.
Inquerio AI isn't a replacement for your dashboards — it's a complement. Results can be exported to your existing tooling. In addition, Inquerio AI offers embeddable dashboards that you can embed directly in your own portals.
Yes. There's a full REST API with API key authentication. You can ask questions, fire triggers and retrieve results from any application that can make HTTP requests.
Inquerio AI supports authentication via passkeys and two-factor authentication. SSO integration through existing identity providers is available upon request.
ETL processes move and transform data into a new system. Inquerio AI doesn't. It queries sources live — no copy, no data model, no pipeline maintenance. You ask a question and get an answer directly from the source.
