This is Performance has a partnership with the OKR Institute (OKRI). Founded in 2017, OKRI promotes the principles of Andrew Grove, former CEO of Intel. The OKR method is a goal-setting framework used by individuals, teams, and organizations to define measurable goals and track their results. As a GOLD partner of OKR Institute, we hold an exclusive license for the Benelux region. OKRI has training and coaching centers in Germany, the Netherlands, England, Singapore, Malaysia, and Oman. We translate OKRI’s certification program trainings and videos into Dutch and implement updates and improvements in close collaboration with our other partners.
Xebia Academy
Xebia Academy is the leading training organization in the Agile training market in the Netherlands (and beyond). Founded in 2001, Xebia now has more than 5,500 professionals in 24 offices across four continents, with locations in Hilversum and Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Xebia Academy provides training in Agile, Cloud, Data & AI, DevOps, Leadership, Scrum, Security, and Software Development. Together with Xebia, This is Performance is rewriting the OKR training for leaders. Additionally, we train their trainers, and Xebia regularly engages our trainers in their sessions.
Epic Agility
Epic Agility, another leading training organization, has also partnered with This is Performance to offer the OKR program through us. Epic Agility was founded by Jeroen Molenaar, who led the selection, training, coaching, and support of internal agile coaches during ING’s transformation. Epic Agility works with clients like DELA, KLM, Triodos, and KPN. Like Xebia Academy, Epic Agility licenses OKR content from us, and we train their trainers.
